Safe2Drive makes it easy and convenient for you to get a copy of your certified driving record. Obtaining a copy of your driver record will help satisfy court requirements that ask you to submit a copy of your driver record before they can dismiss your traffic ticket.
How It Works
During registration, you will be asked whether you want to order a copy of your driver record along with your course purchase.
If you decide to order your driver record, all you have to do is fill out the online form. Then, we will process the request to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) so you don't have to!
Processing Time
The Texas DPS usually takes up to 2 weeks to process your driver record. When processing is complete, the Texas DPS will mail your driver record directly to you.
Pricing
The driver record fee is $25.00. This price will be added to your total balance if you choose to order it. Don't worry, you will be able to update your order at the time of payment in case you change your mind about the driver record option. However, we are unable to refund the driver record fee once your order has been processed.
