Successfully completing a North Dakota Defensive Driving: Point Reduction course allows you to get 3 points removed from your driving record or keep up to 5 points off your record for a single citation.

Note: Please check with your court to ensure you are eligible to keep points off of your driving record for a single citation. If you are eligible, you must notify the court of your election to attend a defensive driving course to keep points off your record at the time you post bond.
