Our course is approved by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission. Please check with your insurance agent to be sure they recognize New Jersey's insurance rate reduction program.

Available Courses

1. Point Reduction with Insurance Discount

By completing the course, you will:

Remove 2 points from your driver record
Obtain a 5% or higher insurance discount that lasts for 3 years

We will notify the NJMVC of your completion within 1 business day after you finish the course.

2. Insurance Discount Only

By completing the course, you will obtain a 5% or higher insurance discount that lasts for 3 years.

3. Mature Driver (55 and older) Insurance Discount

By completing the course, you will obtain a 5% or higher insurance discount that lasts for 3 years.

Important: Please contact your auto insurance company to ensure that they provide discounts for attending a defensive driving course and to determine the actual discount amount.

How It Works

Get everything done in four easy steps!

1. Register

Registration is fast and easy -- only two minutes! Create a username and password. Use your username and password to access the course as often as you want. We provide an unlimited number of logins.

2. Complete the Course

Our course consists of eight lessons, including lecture material and videos. You can complete the course at your own pace: a little at a time or all in one sitting. Each time you login, we automatically take you to where you last left off.

3. Pass the Exam

You must pass an exam at the end. The exam is easy and takes about 10 minutes. Take the exam online immediately after you finish the course. You receive your grade immediately. Most people pass the exam the first time. However, you can take the exam as many times as necessary -- there is no extra charge.
