Court-Referred Defensive Driving
Students typically take our defensive driving (also called driver safety) course after they have been issued a traffic citation and they are referred by a court to complete a defensive driving course. You must check with your court to see if you are eligible to take a defensive driving course to dismiss your ticket.
Our course is licensed by the New Mexico Traffic Safety Division of the New Mexico Department of Transportation. It meets the 6-hour state-required minimum course length.
